10. Do you offer 24/7 access?
Select membership tiers may include extended or 24/7 access. Terms must be agreed upon in advance and may require a key code or additional orientation.
11. Can I bring guests or clients with me?
Yes, but clients must remain with you at all times and abide by WOPR's policies. This space is not suitable for large meetings or group sessions without prior approval.
12. Is WOPR accessible and safe?
Yes. We have ground-floor access, private parking, and secure keypad entry. All members and day pass holders are provided with time-sensitive access codes to maintain safety.
13. How do I book office time?
Bookings are made through our online scheduling system. Members receive instructions and access credentials upon signup. Day pass users receive booking confirmation and door codes via email/text before arrival.
14. What happens if I stay past my booking time?
Out-of-time usage may incur additional charges or impact your booking privileges. Please be respectful of the next guest’s time and plan accordingly.

Member Agreement: All members must complete and sign a digital Membership Agreement prior to gaining access to the space.
Access: Members receive secure entry during their scheduled hours. Navigator-level members may receive extended-hour or 24/7 access. Shared office use must be booked via our approved scheduling system.
Shared Office Use: Offices are shared unless a dedicated office rental is arranged. All members must clean up after themselves and respect other members' reserved time.
2. Business Address Usage
Business address use is only available to members with approved tiers (e.g., Navigator).
A minimum 12-month commitment is required to use the WOPR address for LLC registration, client communication, or licensing.
No signage, mail forwarding, or package acceptance services are included unless expressly stated.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This includes day passes, memberships, office bookings, and business address services.
Payments are processed via our secure booking system. By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Memberships are recurring monthly unless canceled according to cancellation terms (see Section 4).
4. Cancellations and Modifications
Day Passes and Hourly Bookings: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly Memberships: Must be canceled in writing with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Business Address Users: A 12-month minimum commitment applies. Early termination may result in forfeiture of access to address privileges and continued financial obligation.
5. Code of Conduct
WOPR is a quiet, professional coworking environment. Loud conversations, phone calls on speaker, disruptive behavior, or unapproved visitors are not allowed.
Members must be respectful of shared spaces, clean up after themselves, and return all items to their original condition.
Use of illegal substances, smoking, or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited.
WOPR reserves the right to revoke access to any member who violates our policies or creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment.
6. Liability and Damages
WOPR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Members are financially responsible for any damage they cause to WOPR property or furnishings.
Use of the space is at your own risk. Members agree to release and hold harmless WOPR, its staff, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or injury.
